Floral Design—Come make an Easter bouquet and learn some simple and practical tips for making stunning arrangements for your home, including basics about the importance of color, texture and balance, as well as hints and tips on how to make the flowers in your vase look amazing. Then you will make your own seasonal arrangement to take home and enjoy! Please bring kitchen scissors—all else is provided.

Weaving 101—Learn to weave on a rigid heddle loom. Students will warp their loom in class and begin to weave a scarf. They will work on the scarf at home then complete it in class. Students will begin a second project at home, with the third class for trouble shooting. Looms will be available to purchase or rent at 20% off; rental fee can be applied to purchase price. Supplies: two 50-gram balls of worsted weight yarn for a skinny (5”) scarf, or two 100-gram balls for a 7-8” wide scarf. Class size limited to 4!

Breakfast for Dinner—Let’s be clear–breakfast food is the best kind of food, and it’s a crying shame if you only enjoy it at breakfast time. I can’t think of a single food traditionally served in the morning hours that I wouldn’t enjoy eating for dinner. American breakfast is usually sweet, but it can be made savory without any fuss—or leave it sweet!

Knitting Socks Toe-Up Two-at-a-Time—Instruction and pattern for knitting socks toe up, two at a time (including how to ease the pain of fiddly toes, heels, and bind off). Supplies: 40” or 48” circular needles (size 2) and 100 grams sock yarn.

Beginning Spinning: Drop Spindle—This class will teach you the basics of how to spin your own yarns using a drop spindle. You will learn how much fun it is to make your own unique yarn! A hand-crafted Greensleeves Spindle and spinning fiber will be provided by the teacher.

Weaving 2.0—We will make a woven sampler while learning several different techniques for future weaving projects, including hem stitching and leno. Come with rigid heddle loom warped 8 x 36 inches with a light-colored worsted weight yarn.

Beginning Crochet—Learn crochet basics (chain, slip stitch, single crochet, half-double crochet and double crochet) while making a lovely flower pin. Supplies: One skein worsted weight yarn in desired flower color and 1 size H/8 5.0mm hook. Students receive a muslin drawstring bag and folder with illustrated instructions. Green yarn provided for leaves. Class size limited to 4!

Granny Square Class—Learn to crochet a timeless classic. We will learn circular crochet motifs, changing colors, weaving in ends as you go, and joining techniques. Basic crochet skills required. Bring several different colors of DK or worsted weight yarn, size F/5 3.75 mm hook (DK) or size H/8 5.0 mm hook (worsted), scissors, and a tapestry needle.
